RETURN & REFUND

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returned products must be in their perfectly saleable, original condition and if applicable, original packaging, together with their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of a partial return. Chrome Hearts Tee Shirt has sole discretion in determining whether the products purchased via the Website are in original condition when returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@chromeheartsteeshirt.com. Customer Service will provide instructions to complete your return. All returns will be shipped to the following address:

If you choose a return shipping method outside of the approved carrier provided by Customer Service, Chrome Hearts Tee Shirt will not be responsible or liable if any item you return is lost, misdirected or delivered late.

Returns:

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return:

– Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
– The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
– A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
– Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Method:

Drop-off at an approved carrier location (instructions provided by Customer Service).

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be deducted from your refund for all returned non-defective items. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and restocking returned products.

Note: No restocking fee applies to items returned due to a defect or an error on our part (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, etc.).

Refund Processing Time:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product.

The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@chromeheartsteeshirt.com.

Exchanges:

You may exchange an item for the exact same item in a different size, if applicable. If you replace an item for one of greater value, you will pay the difference in price. If you replace an item for one of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Please contact Customer Service to receive return and exchange instructions.

Shipping costs for the original delivery will not be refunded on exchanges. However, you will not be charged for shipping on the replacement delivery.

Only one exact replacement per item will be honored.
